On April 30, 2025, QXO completed its first acquisition: Beacon Building Products, a leading distributor in the sector. We are building a customer-focused, tech-enabled, and innovation-driven business that will scale rapidly through accretive M&A, organic growth, and greenfield expansion. Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.</p>
<h3>What You\'ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Sell exterior building products including roofing, siding, windows, and waterproofing materials across assigned territory</li>
<li>Drive profitable growth and achieve sales and margin budgets</li>
<li>Prospect and identify new opportunities and customers</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with customer base and vendors</li>
<li>Partner with branch operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience</li>
<li>Use customer relationship tools like Salesforce</li>
<li>Continue to develop sales skills and expand product knowledge</li>
<li>Travel extensively within assigned market</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You\'ll Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven track record in a sales or related leadership role</li>
<li>Familiarity with construction, building materials or wholesale distribution a plus</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required</li>
<li>A desire to find creative solutions in a dynamic, changing environment</li>
<li>Drive to build and maintain positive relationships</li>
<li>Strong analytical ability, communication and organization skills, and attention to detail</li>
<li>High comfort level with technology</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and in a team setting</li>
