This role focuses on executing high-performing paid media campaigns, driving measurable results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.</p><p><br><br></p><p>What Youll Do</p><ul><li>Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, PMAX, and Meta Ads.</li><li>Monitor daily performance, manage bids, keywords, and audiences to maximize ROI.</li><li>Run A/B tests on ad copy, creative, and landing pages to improve CTR and conversions.</li><li>Ensure accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.</li><li>Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.</li><li>Manage tasks in Wrike, keep projects on track, and collaborate with internal teams.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency and support ongoing process improvements.</li></ul><p><br><br></p><p>What You Bring</p><ul><li>3+ years of hands-on PPC experience</li><li>Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads<br /><em>(Pinterest, LinkedIn, or Reddit Ads experience is a plus)</em></li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in an agency setting</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Tech Requirements</p><ul><li>Processor:Intel iCore 5, Ryzen 5, or higher</li><li>RAM:16GB or more</li><li>Setup:Dual Monitor</li><li>OS:Windows 11 Pro</li><li>Accessories:Noise-canceling headset & camera</li></ul></p></p>
