<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><b><strong>We are seeking a Senior Recruiter / Recruiting Operations Lead to join our team! </strong></b><br /></p><p><b><strong>The Role </strong></b><br />We’re hiring a senior-level recruiter to build and run our recruiting department from the ground up. <br><br><b><strong>You will:</strong></b> <br />• Own hiring end-to-end <br />• Build SOPs from scratch <br />• Move fast <br />• Execute without hand-holding <br><br>⸻ <b><strong>What You’ll Be Responsible For:</strong></b><br />• Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → interviews → offers) <br />• Building clear, documented SOPs for recruiting <br />• Owning all job boards, pipelines, and workflows <br />• Proactively sourcing (not waiting for applicants) <br />• Hiring for roles across: • Operations • Customer support • Dental lab / technical roles • Admin and support roles <br />• Setting up systems so recruiting scales with the company <br />• Flagging problems early and fixing them without being asked <br><br>⸻ <b><strong>What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable):</strong></b><br />• Senior-level recruiting experience <br />• You’ve built recruiting systems, not just used them <br />• You don’t need step-by-step instructions <br />• You execute fast and follow through <br />• You’re organized, direct, and accountable <br />• You don’t need constant check-ins to perform <br />• Willingness to work weekends <br><br><b><strong>⸻ How to Apply Send:</strong></b></p><ol><li>A short Loom video (3–5 minutes max) explaining: <br />• Your recruiting background <br />• Teams you’ve helped build</li><li><ol><li>Your resume</li><li>Can you work EST Time 9am - 5pm M-F + occassional weekends</li></ol></li></ol><p><br />Applications without a Loom will not be considered.</p></p></p>
