<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Securiguard is currently looking for a Full-Time Security Professional, who is experienced and motivated, to join our team in <strong>Edmonton</strong></p><p><strong>Schedule: Mon to Fri </strong></p><p><strong>Timings: 2:30 pm to 10.30 pm (Afternoon Shift)</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Alberta Security License</li><li>First Aid/CPR</li><li>WHIMS</li><li>Previous experience in Security</li><li>Ability to work day shifts<br /></li></ul><p><strong>Duties for this Key Role include: </strong></p><ul><li>Perform multiple full perimeter patrols during 8-hour shift</li><li>Patrol basements, <span >mechanical/electrical</span> rooms, vacant units, and storage rooms twice per shift.</li><li>Conduct exterior patrols of rooftops, stairwells, garbage enclosures, and loading docks.</li><li>Check all tenant and access doors during perimeter patrols to ensure they are locked.</li><li>Complete hourly interior patrols of common and secured areas.</li><li>Inspect exterior vehicles and enforce parking/MLEO ticketing if applicable.</li><li>Observe, evaluate, and report during patrols; respond to vehicle complaints or accidents.</li><li>Perform scheduled lock-up and open-up of common area doors.</li><li>Provide access control as directed by site procedures.</li><li>Respond to incidents, including fire alarms and emergencies.</li><li>Investigate accidents, including slips, trips, and falls.</li><li>Follow and maintain site Post Orders.</li><li>Carry out additional duties as requested by the Property Manager.</li></ul><p><strong>We offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Free Uniforms</li><li>Paid Training</li><li>Extended Health Benefits for (subject to benefit waiting periods)</li><li>Recognition Programs & Events</li></ul><p>We are committed to building an environment of respect and personal growth for all our staff.
