This position offers an exciting opportunity for people with a passion for the automotive industry and who enjoy providing exceptional customer service. </p><p><strong>What you’re responsible for: </strong></p><ul><li>Answering incoming calls related to the purchase of used vehicles</li><li>Understanding the specific needs of our customers and offering personalized solutions</li><li>Highlighting our unique business model and sustainability benefits</li><li>Negotiating and concluding the purchase of cars, keeping in mind purchasing objectives and customer satisfaction</li><li>Following up on pending customer requests related to sales and purchase</li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><p><strong>To join our team: </strong></p><ul><li>You are bilingual in French and English<strong> </strong>(required)</li><li>You have previous call center experience (1 year)</li><li>You have excellent negotiation and persuasion skills</li><li>You have excellent customer service and communication skills</li><li>You have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><br><br></p></p>
