<p>Want to be part of a dynamic team and play a key role in customer service?</p><p>We are looking for a Customer Service Agent (Claims) to act as the first point of contact for insurance claims for our client, an independent store operator.</p>
<p>Work location: Laval</p>
<p>Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., on-site</p>
<p>Salary: $48K and insurance after the probation period</p>
<p>Your role</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist operators and customers with claims (bodily injury, property damage, vehicle fleet)</li>
<li>Coordinate and follow up on claims files</li>
<li>Communicate with insurers, claims adjusters, and internal teams</li>
<li>Answer calls and emails and handle complaints related to claims</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the Insurance and Claims department</li>
</ul>

<li>College diploma in secretarial studies or administration</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (telephone)</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Organized, independent, diplomatic, and customer service-oriented</li>
<li>Experience in insurance or claims management (an asset)</li>
</ul>
