The Regional Sales Manager also uncovers growth opportunities by aligning partners with the Brendan Vacations travel styles that best meet their business needs, fostering long-term partnerships and sustainable growth.</p><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p><strong>Key Responsibility </strong><strong>1</strong></p><p><strong>1. Commercial Account & Territory Management</strong></p><ul><li>Own and manage a defined portfolio of accounts, segmented by performance tier, with tailored strategies for retention, growth, and activation</li><li>Deliver against defined KPIs, including revenue growth, passenger volume (PAX), and cost of acquisition</li><li>Develop and maintain a strategic quarterly territory plan, reviewed with sales leadership, focused on high-return activities and accounts</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibility 2</strong></p><ul><li>Leverage Salesforce and reporting tools to track performance trends, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities</li><li>Use account and partner insights to inform prioritization, improve conversion, and guide sales planning</li><li>Reallocate time and resources dynamically based on performance, engagement, and conversion trends</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibility 3</strong></p><p>. <strong>Partner Engagement, Enablement & Presentations</strong></p><ul><li>Build strong, consultative relationships with agency owners, decision-makers, and frontline advisors</li><li>Deliver effective presentations, training sessions, webinars, and sales consultations aligned to brand strategy</li><li>Support new partner onboarding through structured early-stage engagement and education plans</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibility 4</strong></p><p><strong>Cross-Selling & Brand Optimization</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a portfolio consultant, recommending the right TTC brands based on partner strengths and customer profiles</li><li>Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities to grow multi-brand participation and share of wallet</li><li>Champion partner-facing tools, booking platforms, and loyalty programs to drive long-term engagement</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibility 5</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the voice of the territory, sharing actionable market insights on competition, partner needs, and advisor sentiment</li><li>Pilot new sales approaches, tools, and engagement strategies, contributing to continuous improvement and scalability</li><li>Manage T&E, co-op marketing, and goodwill budgets with strong ROI accountability and performance focus</li></ul><p>ROLE SUCCESS CRITERIA</p><ul><li>Drives strategic sales planning and pipeline management to achieve brand PAX and revenue targets, aligned with KPIs set by sales leadership</li><li>Builds strong, consultative partnerships with travel advisors and agency partners, demonstrating commercial fluency and destination expertise</li><li>Uses data, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and clear, engaging presentations to grow account performance and identify opportunities</li><li>Demonstrates adaptability, strong self-management, problem-solving skills, and high accountability for results</li></ul><p>KEY INDIVIDUAL TRAITS</p><p><strong>A trait is an enduring characteristic that serves as a strong indicator of potential for success in this role.</strong></p><p>Select three traits from the list below:</p><p><strong>1. Service Orientation</p><p>YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE</p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industries.</li><li>Proven success managing a sales territory, driving growth through strategic account planning, execution, and pipeline management.</li><li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced PowerPoint skills for impactful presentations, strong Excel capabilities for data analysis and account management, and experience using web tools and webinar platforms.</li><li>Strategic, consultative sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, a results-driven mindset, and high accountability.</li><li>Clear communicator and adaptable problem-solver with hands-on CRM experience, including Salesforce.</li></ul><p>TRAVEL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS</p><ul><li>Work Location: Fully remote</li><li>Up to 60% overnight travel, including international travel as needed</li><li>Flexible hours including evenings and weekends whenrequired</li><li>Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for local travel</li><li>Ability to obtain andmaintaina corporate credit card (or personal card with a $5,000 limit forexpenses).</li><li>Deep expertise in Ireland and Scotland; residency of 12+ months in one or both destinations <strong><em>strongly preferred</em></strong>, or equivalent professional and lived experience.</li></ul><p>ABOUT BRENDAN VACATIONS</p><p>Brendan Vacations, a proud brand within the TTC Tour Brands, has been the Celtic Expert in travel in North America for over 55 years.
