We're united by a shared commitment to excellent and equitable health care.</p><p>The successful applicant may be eligible for an annual full-time incentive of up to $2,000 each year until 2025 as per MOU #31 of the current MNU collective agreement.</p><p>Position Overview<br>Under the general supervision of the Manager Health Services, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface Hospital, the Clinical Practice Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional registered nursing services for patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs. These services include independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, a leadership role within the health care team, and coordination of patient care and discharge.</p><p>Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)</p><ul><li>Post-graduate course in ICU nursing or equivalent experience required.</li></ul><p>Certification/Licensure/Registration</p><ul><li>Current CRNM registration required.</li><li>Active participation in professional associations e.g. Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM) preferred.</li><li>Annual BLS Level C Registration/Re-Registration is required.</li></ul><p>Qualifications And Skills</p><ul><li>Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).</li><li>If there are no applicants meeting the qualifications, the employer may consider an applicant who does not meet the above qualifications.</li></ul><p>St. Boniface Hospital is committed to empowering a workforce that welcomes and celebrates diversity by fostering culturally safe places for all employees.
