<h2>Position Summary...</h2>To provide exceptional customer service and assist in salesfloor operations in order to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.<h2>What you'll do...</h2><p>1. Meet with Customer Experience Sales Floor Department Manager / ASM to discuss daily store changes.</p><p>2. Keep the customer informed on all of the changes that have happened that week.</p><p>3. Walk the impacted areas and approach customers to ensure that all questions are answered and needs are met.</p><p>4. Complete PA Announcement for customers.</p><p>5. Communicate customer's questions, suggestions and concerns to the Customer Experience Department Manager/ASM.</p><p>6. Communicates any safety concerns to Management after correcting the hazard.</p><p>The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75.
