As a Host for our Rolex Showroom, youll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and directing them to the appropriate Sales team members. Your role is all about ensuring that every moment of our clients journey leaves them feeling valued. If you take pride in delivering exceptional service and making clients feel welcome and supported, wed love to meet you!</p><p></p><p>As a Showroom Host at Raffi Jewellers, you will:</p><p></p><ul><li>Provide a warm welcome to clients at the door, guiding them into the Showroom and directing them to the appropriate Sales Associates.</li></ul><ul><li>Arrange client appointments at the door, over email and phone for sales and after-sales service.</li><li>Answer a variety of client inquiries, such as hours of operations to questions about the appointment process through various channels, such as in person, through email and phone calls.</li><li>Responsible for providing refreshments to all clients and restocking of supplies.</li></ul><ul><li>Support daily operations by managing store supplies and ensuring a well-presented environment.</li><li>Collaborate and assist co-workers when required to ensure that customer service is always maintained to the highest level.</li></ul><p></p><p>Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of tasks but reflects the core responsibilities of the role.</p><p></p><p>You will thrive in this role if you:</p><p></p><ul><li>Are responsive, courteous and can communicate effectively with a diverse client base.</li><li>Are a client-forward thinker and dedicated to cultivating and maintaining longstanding relationships with clients.</li></ul><ul><li>Enjoying working collaboratively within a close team and committed to treating team members with respect and empathy, contributing to a positive working environment.</li><li>Have a strong sense of scheduling and client management within a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Are curious, adaptable and willing to learn, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications: </p><p><br><br></p><ul><li>Knowledge and experience in retail, hospitality, or related field. Experience in a luxury retail environment is a plus.</li><li>Bachelors degree is preferred.</li><li>Ability to speak in multiple languages is a plus. </li><li>Experience with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office. </li><li>Flexible to work hours based on operational business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays.</li><li>Qualified candidates must have valid work authorization for employment in Canada.</li></ul><p></p><p>Ready to join us?
