We are located in Oakville, Ontario.<br />For more information, please visit www.Xediton.Com<br />*Sales Analyst*<br />*Job Description & Key responsibilities *<br />The *Sales Analyst *is responsible for analyzing sales data, generating insights, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize sales performance. This role involves working closely with sales, marketing, and senior management to support data-driven decision-making and improve commercial effectiveness<br />*Specific responsibilities include: *<br />* Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, distributor reports, /IQVIA data, etc.).<br />* Track and evaluate sales performance against targets, KPIs, and historical trends.<br />* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL.<br />* Identify patterns, trends, and areas of opportunity for revenue growth.<br />* Perform sales forecasting and demand planning based on historical data and market trends.<br />* Assist in budgeting and revenue projections to support business planning.<br />* Provide territory and product performance analysis to optimize resource allocation.<br />* Analyze market share, pricing trends, and competitor activities using secondary data sources (IQVIA, etc.).<br />* Support the sales team with territory and customer segmentation analysis.<br />* Provide insights into the impact of new product launches, regulatory changes, and industry trends on sales performance.<br />* Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.<br />* Work with sales teams to improve data input and reporting practices.<br />* Provide salesforce effectiveness insights and recommendations.<br />* Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior management.<br />* Present data-driven recommendations to sales, marketing, and leadership teams.<br />* Support the development of sales strategies with data-backed insights.<br />*Skills & Qualification*<br />The successful candidate is a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic team player who is resourceful and dedicated and has competencies in adapting to changing environments.<br />*Educational Qualification*<br />Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role (preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or consumer packaged goods).<br />Experience working with IQVIA, IMS Health, Symphony Health, or other pharmaceutical market data sources is a plus.<br />*Competencies: *<br />· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, etc.).<br />· Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.<br />· Knowledge of SQL for querying databases.<br />· Familiarity with CRM systems<br />· Understanding of ETL processes and working with large datasets.<br />· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br />· Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.<br />· Excellent communication and presentation skills.<br />· Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.<br />· Ability to work collaboratively across departments.<br />Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 per annum<br />_*If this opportunity is of interest to you and are looking to working in a small company with growth opportunities, we would like to speak to you.*_ _*Please include your salary expectations.*_<br />To apply, please _*email your application and resume*__*through our website www.Xediton.Com/contact-us/careers/*_<br />While we appreciate the interest of all applicants, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.<br />Job Type: Full-time<br />Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year<br />Benefits:<br />* Dental care<br />* Disability insurance<br />* Extended health care<br />* Life insurance<br />* Vision care<br />Schedule:<br />* Monday to Friday<br />Application question(s):<br />* This is an in-office role, are you located in the GTA?<br />Education:<br />* Bachelor's Degree (preferred)<br />Experience:<br />* Business Analytics: 3 years (required)<br />* Advanced Excel: 3 years (required)<br />Work Location: In person
