<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Finding and engaging potential customers through lead generation, networking, and outreach</li>
<li>Building and maintaining strong customer relationships</li>
<li>Communicating effectively to understand client needs</li>
<li>Managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing</li>
<li>Presenting product solutions and recommending suitable options</li>
<li>Preparing proposals and negotiating terms</li>
<li>Providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business</li>
<li>This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can represent Diba Windows with confidence and integrity.</li>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to exceed targets</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li>
<li>Experience in windows, doors, construction, or related fields is an asset</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts</li>
<li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team</li>
<li>Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications</li>
<li>College diploma or bachelor’s degree required</li>
</ul>
<h3>Compensation</h3>
<p>This is a commission-based / percentage-based sales position offering unlimited earning potential for high performers with strong closing skills and industry knowledge.</p>
<p>The first three months will be considered a probation period and will be commission-based only. Upon successful completion of the probation period, and based on performance and overall contribution, the parties may negotiate the addition of a base salary, in addition to commission.</p></p>
