Highly competent team is committed to delivering market-leading insurance solutions.</p><p><b>Your Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Handling liability claims that have various levels of complexity</li><li>Assessing claims for accuracy, coverage and compliance with the policies</li><li>Investigating and gathering the necessary information to evaluate claims</li><li>Communicating with policy holders, brokers and other involved parties</li><li>Documenting all activities and decisions promptly and accurately</li><li>Collaborating with other team members and other departments</li><li>Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><h3>Your Profile</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent</li><>10+years of working experience handling medium and large sized claims in the liability line of business<li>Knowledge and capabilities handling multi-line claims is an asset</li><li>Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to handle a high volume of claims and prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Superior attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent oral and written English communication skills</li><li>Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Self-motivated and entrepreneurial</li></ul><p>DGA Careers has been proudly serving the Canadian insurance industry for over 35 years, specializing in providing insurance recruiting services to major insurers, insurance brokerage firms and independent adjusting firms.
