<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Role: Senior Electrical Engineer</strong><strong><br />Location: Toronto<br />Salary: 90k - 100k + (Based on Experience)</strong><strong>Fully on site<br><br></strong></p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong><br />Our client is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their growing, dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions for tenancy fit-outs and new build projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership experience, and a passion for mentoring junior staff while remaining hands-on with project work.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead electrical engineering design for tenancy build-outs, renovations, and new construction projects.</p></li><li><p>Prepare design calculations, specifications, and drawings for lighting, power distribution, fire/life safety, and low-voltage systems.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.</p></li><li><p>Conduct site reviews, inspections, and commissioning as required.</p></li><li><p>Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers, providing technical oversight and knowledge sharing.</p></li><li><p>Manage client expectations and provide technical advice throughout project lifecycles.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Electrical Engineering (P.
