This is a critical role working as a member of the FP&A team. This role will complete complex ļ¬nancial planning and analysis requirements, oļ¬ering accurate reporting and thorough analysis of key business information and drivers. The Senior Financial Analyst is a tactical reporter of the business, with a ļ¬nancial focus that extends to all operating areas of the business, reporting to the Manager, FP&A. The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives on using advanced tools for ļ¬nance systems, visual dashboarding & data mining. Job Duties and Responsibilities
This position is for senior-level ļ¬nance professionals that are looking for a fast-paced work environment with ample opportunity for growth and learning
Perform financial forecasting and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making processes
Responsible for developing ļ¬nancial models, costing models, scenario analysis models, etc. to analyze product proļ¬tability using facts, data and ļ¬nancial analysis tools
Lead in the creation of ļ¬nancial, operational & executive dashboards using Power BI
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite software
Partners with cross-functional teams in identifying cost efficiencies for the business and evaluating cost management
Compile, analyze and distribute summary information relating to KPIās & other metrics
Coordinate the implementation of processes that facilitate a more eļ¬cient month-end review process
Ensuring the accurate completion of monthly ļ¬nancial analysis for review by the Manager
Assist in the implementation and development of new systems and processes Position Details

University Degree in Commerce or Business Administration with a focus on finance, accounting, or economics. Equivalent education or experience may be considered
Professional Accounting Designation (CPA) or equivalent, or working towards the accounting designation
Proven ability to be self-driven, capable of adapting to change and simultaneously managing multiple tasks/ projects/ assignments
Ability to work with and manage conļ¬dential information and use independent judgment
Proven ability to work using Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Knowledge in preparing Power Point presentations for senior management Preferred
Previous experience in corporate, manufacturing and/or supply chain logistics environment would be considered an asset
Experience working with WMS OR TMS software Apply
