As Senior Program Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to key partners, orchestrating quarterly business reviews, tracking critical initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration across organizations.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead quarterly business reviews with strategic partners to assess performance, identify opportunities, and align on priorities</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner executives through consistent communication in English and French</li>
<li>Facilitate face-to-face meetings with partners across Canada to strengthen relationships and resolve complex issues</li>
</ul>

<li>Manage comprehensive action trackers ensuring accountability and timely execution of partner commitments</li>
<li>Drive program governance by establishing clear processes, metrics, and reporting mechanisms</li>
<li>Coordinate escalation management as primary point of contact for partner concerns</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Partner with sales, operations, product, and finance teams to coordinate partner-facing initiatives and remove roadblocks</li>
<li>Analyze partnership performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities</li>
<li>Create executive-level presentations synthesizing complex program status and achievements</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support contract renewals and expansion by providing program performance insights</li>
<li>Partner with commercial teams on value articulation</li>
<li>Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership</li>
</ul>
<p>Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.</p>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<p>What You Bring</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field</li>
<li>7+ years of progressive experience in program management, partner management, or strategic account management</li>
<li>Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with ability to drive results through influence</li>
<li>Strong relationship management skills with experience conducting executive-level business reviews and presentations</li>
<li>Expertise in program governance, including action tracking, risk management, and performance reporting</li>
<li>Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal) to effectively serve partners across Canada</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations</li>
<li>Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 25-30%) for face-to-face partner meetings and events</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and collaboration platforms</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence and build consensus</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience in telecommunications, technology, or professional services industry</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com)</li>
<li>Experience managing strategic partnerships or alliances in B2B environment with measurable business impact</li>
</ul>
