In a technology filled world, we love living IRL and connecting with our team members and guests by knocking down a few pins.<br><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><ul><li>Create an exceptional guest experience with hospitality top of mind.</li><li>Maintaining standardized steps of service.</li><li>Ability to suggestively sell our food and beverage menu noting guest preferences and allergens.</li><li>Ensuring accuracy of food and beverage orders.</li><li>Ringing in sales into our POS system and processing payment ensuring all items are accounted for on the bill.</li><li>Processing payments in a timely manner.</li><li>Complete all opening and closing duties according to checklists and operational standards.</li><li>Maintaining cleanliness and organization or the dining room and bowling areas.</li><li>Maintain all health and safety standards when serving food and beverages.</li><li>Effectively communicate with back of house team members to ensure our food timing standards are being met.</li><li>Serve guests according to AGCO/SmartServe standards requirements.</li><li>Stop serving guests according to AGCO/SmartServe requirements and standards.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Do you roll our way? Radiate so much fun you glow in the dark.</li><li>Be guest obsessed.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Passion for food, beverage and hospitality.</li><li>At least 2 years serving experience.</li><li>SmartServe certification is a MUST.</li><li>Safe Food Handling Certification (not required but preferred).</li><li>Beer, wine and cocktail knowledge.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Must be able to work holidays and weekends as needed.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment highlighting time management skills.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>At The Ballroom Bowl, we believe in maintaining an environment that is inclusive and accessible.
