<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>About the Job</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Digital Denture CAD/CAM Designer</strong> to join our team in a <strong>fully remote capacity</strong>. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise in <strong>digital denture design</strong>, along with a solid understanding of <strong>traditional (analog) denture workflows</strong>. In this role, you will be responsible for designing full-arch dentures with precision and efficiency using advanced CAD/CAM technology, ensuring the final restorations meet the highest quality standards.</p><p><strong>Position Details (Important Highlights)</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Software:</strong> 3Shape preferred, but <strong>Exocad is also acceptable</strong></li><li><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-time preferred, but <strong>flexible</strong> (part-time or per-unit contract also possible)</li><li><strong>Location:</strong> <strong>Worldwide remote candidates are acceptable</strong></li><li><strong>Additional Notes:</strong> Priority will be given to candidates who are <strong>highly skilled and truly experienced</strong> in digital denture workflows</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design <strong>complete and partial dentures</strong>, <strong>immediate dentures</strong>, <strong>flippers</strong>, and <strong>implant-supported dentures</strong></li><li>Collaborate with clinicians and laboratory teams to customize prosthetics based on prescriptions and patient needs</li><li>Ensure all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and technical specifications while adhering to internal quality standards</li><li>Review incoming scans, attachments, and patient data to ensure accurate case setup and workflow</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve digital issues throughout the design process</li><li>Stay current on digital denture technology, software advancements, and workflow developments</li><li>Maintain accurate case documentation and consistent communication through remote tools</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience in <strong>digital denture design</strong> (minimum 3–5 years preferred)</li><li><strong>Proficiency in 3Shape (highly preferred) and/or Exocad</strong></li><li>Demonstrated ability to design <strong>complex full-arch cases with precision</strong></li><li>Excellent time-management and accountability in a remote work environment</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills in a virtual setting</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Background in <strong>analog / traditional denture fabrication</strong> (wax-ups, setups, occlusion, tooth selection, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>3D scanning, 3D printing, and milling workflows</strong></li><li>Previous experience in a <strong>dental laboratory environment</strong></li><li>Understanding of <strong>digital production processes, quality standards, and implant prosthetic principles</strong></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li><strong>100% remote</strong> working environment</li><li><strong>Competitive compensation (DOE)</strong></li><li>Opportunity to join an innovative lab group investing heavily in digital technology</li><li>Flexibility and <strong>strong long-term growth potential</strong> in the digital prosthetics space</li></ul><p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><p>Submit your resume and (optional) design samples/portfolio.</p><p> Only candidates with strong digital denture experience will be considered.</p><p><br /></p></p></p>
