Take the leap and make your mark at Plan Group!</p><p>As a <strong>Service Coordinator</strong>, you will:</p><ul><li>Manage work order flow, including the creation, delegation and close out activities of work orders to create accurate invoices</li><li>Support Account Executives, Sr. Management, and Field Staff to develop and actively maintain customer satisfaction through frequent communication</li><li>Maintain and update document control logs and follow through on project management procedures: change orders, as-built drawings, close out documents</li><li>Process incoming calls and redirect, forward and take messages as required</li><li>Dispatch and Schedule Field Staff</li><li>Coordinate equipment, material deliveries and sub trades as required</li><li>Collaborate with other business units within the organization on projects</li><li>Reconcile costs within a workorder management system</li></ul><p>?<strong>Our ideal candidate has:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of one year <span >electrical/mechanical</span> related experience; trade experience is an asset.</li><li>Related post-secondary education is an asset.</li><li>Dispatch experience is an asset.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project and Excel; experience with Salesforce is an asset.</li><li>Experience reviewing and understanding <span >mechanical/electrical</span> construction drawings is an asset.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities. </li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
