Adecco in partnership with our client are currently hiring several full-time <strong> Inbound Sales Advisors </strong> to deliver outstanding customer service and support to our client's valued Members in this remote position. This role is ideal for a proactive, empathetic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to exceeding expectations. <br><ul><li><strong>Pay Rate: $42k to $45K (depending on experience)</strong><br></li><li><strong>Location:</strong> Remote<br></li><li><strong> Shift: </strong> 8am to 8pm Mondays to Saturdays and Sundays every 2nd weekend <br></li><li><strong> Job type: </strong> Permanent Full-time <br></li><li><strong> Vacancy Status: </strong> This posting is for an <strong> existing vacancy </strong> . <br></li></ul><strong> Responsibilities: </strong><br><ul><li>Respond to inbound telephone inquiries and resolve member concerns promptly and professionally<br></li><li>Navigate multiple systems to facilitate accurate and efficient resolution of member requests<br></li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding internal quality standards and KPIs<br></li><li>Maintain a positive and empathetic communication style when handling member issues<br></li><li>Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures<br></li></ul><strong> Qualifications: </strong><br><ul><li>Completion of post-secondary education<br></li><li>2-3 years of proven customer service experience<br></li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br></li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution<br></li><li>Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment<br></li><li>Genuine, empathetic communication style<br></li><li>Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays<br></li><li>Must attend all scheduled training sessions (time off is not available during training)<br></li><li>Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada <br></li></ul> Are you interested in this position?
