(ATE) is currently accepting resumes for the following position.</p><p>Reporting to the Fort McMurray service manager, this electrical journeyperson will be providing coverage for all ATE aggregate</p><p>clients in the Fort McMurray region on a average of 10 - 15days per month with additional time providing electrical service to clients in either the Calgary or Edmonton region based on place of residence.</p><p>The position requires the following qualifications:</p><ul><li>A valid Alberta Journeyperson Certificate and / or Inter Provincial designation.</li><li>Minimum of 5years relevant experience.</li><li>Extensive understanding of motor controls, variable frequency drives and soft starters.</li><li>Electrical and mechanical understanding of aggregate systems including crushers, conveyor systems and cones.</li><li>Understanding of programmable logic controllers is an asset.</li><li>Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated problem solving, trouble shooting and analytical skills.</li><li>Reading and interpreting blue prints, wiring diagrams and schematics.</li><li>Ability to pass a pre- access drug and alcohol test.</li><li>Valid training certificates, CSTS, fall arrest, first aid, WHMIS, Leadership for Safety Excellence and aerial work platform.</li><li>Clean drivers abstract.</li><li>The desire to progress, learn, grow and succeed.</li></ul><p>In addition to competitive wages and Open Circle benefits including short term disability.
