The Shop Hand is expected to be adaptable, eager to learn, and have basic mechanical aptitude.</p><p><b>Job Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Receive, understand and execute instructions from Shop Foreman and senior employees.</li><li>Disassemble equipment, if needed, to thoroughly clean.</li><li>Identify faulty/damaged equipment and/or defective materials and inform supervisor of problem.</li><li>Assembling and preparing equipment for field use.</li><li>Complete assigned tasks in a safe, efficient and timely manner.</li><li>Frequent manual lifting</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Fluent in the English language (reading, written, spoken)</li><li>Experience working with basic hand tools</li><li>Must have Valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean driving abstract</li><li>Ability to operate equipment considered an asset</li></ul> <p> Please visit our careers page to see more job opportunities </p>
