This opportunity is well suited for a strong superintendent who is currently available due to market conditions and is looking to join a stable, reputable organization.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily on-site operations for low-rise residential construction</li><li>Coordinate trades, suppliers, consultants, and municipal inspectors</li><li>Maintain construction schedules while ensuring quality and safety standards</li><li>Enforce site safety, cleanliness, and company construction standards</li><li>Identify and resolve site issues in collaboration with construction management</li><li>Participate in inspections, deficiency resolution, and home turnover</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Site Superintendent within low-rise residential construction</li><li>Strong understanding of subdivision sequencing and multi-phase communities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple trades and concurrent activities</li><li>Solid knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and municipal processes</li><li>Reliable, organized, and hands-on leadership approach</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Competitive salary range typically between $105,000 – $150,000</strong>, dependent on experience</li><li>Additional compensation may include vehicle allowance or company vehicle, benefits, and long-term growth opportunity</li></ul></p></p>
