You’ll act as the bridge between clients and our design/development teams, ensuring every custom software project is perfectly aligned with business goals and user needs.</p><p>This is a full-time, remote role working closely with our U.S.-based leadership and clients.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate with U.S. clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.</li><li>Translate complex business needs into clear, detailed user stories and functional specifications.</li><li>Create process maps, wireframes, and flow diagrams to guide our design and development teams.</li><li>Participate in client meetings and presentations (in English).</li><li>Work cross-functionally with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.</li><li>Identify opportunities for workflow automation and business process improvements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Functional Consultant.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (you’ll work directly with U.S. clients).</li><li>Proven experience gathering and managing software requirements.</li><li>Comfortable using tools like Jira, Notion, ClickUp, Miro, or Figma.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Knowledge of SaaS, web applications, or custom software development projects is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Why Join Alpha Bravo</b></p><p> Work directly with U.S. clients on innovative custom software projects.</p><p> 100% remote, full-time position</p><p>
