Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facial, and hair removal services.<br><br>We are looking for someone that is local to the area and is looking for a long term role in a stable and positive environment with opportunity for growth. The job is ideal for somebody looking to establish a career in Spa Management. Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers&#39; experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional! Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership driven environment is ideal, but not required.<br><br><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong><br /><ul><li>Provide excellent customer service to members and guests</li><li>Ideal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership driven environment</li><li>Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival</li><li>Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades</li><li>Prepare treatment rooms for therapists when necessary</li><li>Operating Laundry Machines, putting in linen to wash, dry and fold.</li><li>Maintaining the spa and washrooms clean</li><li>Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance</li><li>Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care</li><li>Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance</li><li>Display a positive, energetic attitude</li><li>Be a team player</li><li>Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills</li><li>Perform various other duties as assigned</li><li>Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office</li><li>Ability to multitask</li></ul><strong>Company Benefits:</strong><br /><ul><li>Hourly wage depending on previous experience</li><li>Commissions and bonuses</li><li>Flexible schedules</li><li>Professional and safe work environment</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Training</li></ul><br><br></p></p>
