For this position, we are hiring:</p><p><b><strong>- Special Education English&Math </strong></b>(Elementary/High school level) Tutors</p><p>*teachers need to be Special Education licensed and/or have a rich experience in Special Education.</p><p><i><b><strong>Experience:</strong></b></i></p><ul><li>For Language related tutoring, you must have a very solid background of knowledge, in terms of methods to improve children&#39;s writing, reading and speaking, and overall confidence in language use</li><li>Experience working with children or adolescents</li><li>Excellent communication especially expressing skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique learning styles of each student</li><li>Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students</li></ul><p><i><b><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b></i></p><ul><li>Develop and implement personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs of each student based on recommended textbooks</li><li>Provide small group tutoring sessions to students</li><li>Help students improve their academic performance and achieve their learning goals</li><li>Design tests and quizzes to keep track of and enhance students&#39; learning process</li><li>Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and enhance their understanding of the subject matter</li><li>Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to us and their parents</li><li>Collaborate with classroom teachers to align tutoring sessions with classroom curriculum</li><li>Maintain a positive, supportive and intellectually stimulating learning environment</li></ul><p>If you are passionate about education and have a desire to make a positive impact on students&#39; lives, we encourage you to apply for this position.
