<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>This Position is Hybrid: it will require 3 to 4 days per week in the Toronto office</p><p></p><p><p>Qualifications</p><p>Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited university</p><p>Professional Engineer designation with a background in reinforced-concrete and steel building structures with an understanding of constructability.</p><p>A broad knowledge of commercial and industrial buildings.</p><p>Minimum 5 years of concrete repair and design experience.</p><p>Previous project management experience</p><p>Good report writing and computer skills</p><p>Strong attention to detail</p><p>Excellent interpersonal skills</p><p>The ability to work independently</p><p></p><p>Duties and Responsibilities</p><p></p><p> The evaluation, assessment and restoration design work of existing residential, commercial and industrial buildings.</p><p>Manage projects and clients from the conceptual design phase to final completion, including administering contracts under construction.</p><p>Oversee quality assurance and quality control procedures for all deliverables, specifically the construction drawings and specifications as they relate to building structures.</p><p>Produce detailed technical reports and letters describing on site field observations with engineering recommendations and construction cost estimates.</p><p>Assist with preparing client proposals.</p><p>Assisting field staff and various team members with project execution during all project phases.</p><p>Assist with mentoring and training of junior staff.</p><p>Fluency in English</p><p>Proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD or Revit</p><p>A positive attitude and good work ethic</p><p>Posses a valid driver’s licence and has access to a vehicle</p><p>Willing to travel/work remotely, as required</p></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
