Apply today—we can’t wait to meet you! </p><p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Opportunity for advancement – we develop our people and promote from within! </li><li>Lucrative and commission-based pay plan </li><li>Comprehensive Health Benefits Plan </li><li>RRSP Matching Program  </li><li>Forward thinking work environment </li><li>Employee discounts for you and your family </li><li>A part of McManes Automotive </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Position Requirements: </strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Perform daily prospecting and generate leads for new subprime business through walk-in, telephone, internet, and referral leads </li><li>Process Subprime and Prime to Subprime deals which may include the following: </li></ul><p></p><p> o Submit deals for finance approval </p><p> o Structure deals to meet the needs of the customer </p><p> o Rehash deals with lenders</p><p> o Work all deals diligently </p><p></p><ul><li>Vehicle delivery including:</li></ul> o Timely deal funding<br /> o Submit the proper POs for delivery cleans, protection packages, and accessories<br /> o Effectively meet client’s needs on credit insurance and service contracts<br /> o Be an expert at closing on target requirements<br /> o Product selling (100% of the time, 100% of the products)<br /> o Collect all fees/payments<br /> o Research and report on factors influencing business performance<br /> o Analyze competitors and market trends<br /> o Promote the business on social media – must have large social media presence<br /> o Generate your own leads – this may or may not involve a start to finish process of showing the customer the vehicle, selling the vehicle, and then providing the financing for the client<p></p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Minimum of one year’s experience working in Subprime finance </li><li>CDK experience is an asset but not necessary </li><li>Strong sales skills with proven track record </li><li>Excellent negotiation skills </li><li>Excellent work ethic and customer service abilities </li><li>Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Managerial, organizational, administrative, and computer skills (i.e., proficient in MS Word and Excel) </li><li>Be innovative, keen to learn, and have a positive attitude </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Pay and hours: </strong></p><p></p><ul><li>$100,000+ </li><li>Shift work and weekends </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Thank you for considering a career with Eastside Dodge! </strong></p><p>We value your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your application. </p><p><strong>The McManes Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer that welcomes all applicants.</strong> We thank you for your interest, however, only those applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.</p><p></p></p></p>
