This role will focus on <strong>RxCLAIM / claim adjudication enhancement initiatives</strong>, involving modifications to claim processing logic and integrations with downstream systems. The ideal candidate is a strong independent contributor with deep technical expertise in Synon and RxCLAIM adjudication processes.</p><hr />Key Responsibilities<ul><li><p>Work on <strong>RxCLAIM / claim adjudication enhancement projects</strong>, including updates to claim processing logic</p></li><li><p>Integrate claim processing systems with downstream applications</p></li><li><p>Maintain and enhance existing systems using <strong>SYNON/COOL 2E</strong> and related technologies</p></li><li><p>Develop new system solutions and perform major enhancements to existing applications</p></li><li><p>Document current system flows and business logic</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolutions with minimal guidance</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and project milestones</p></li></ul><hr />Required Skills & Experience<ul><li><p><strong>Strong SYNON / COOL 2E development experience</strong> (mandatory)</p></li><li><p><strong>Proven expertise in RxCLAIM adjudication processes</strong> (mandatory)</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>Healthcare PBM applications</strong></p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>Benefit Plan configuration and Core Adjudication</strong> in RxCLAIM</p></li><li><p><strong>3–5 years of experience</strong> with the following technologies:</p><ul><li><p>SYNON / COOL 2E</p></li><li><p>COBOL/400</p></li><li><p>CL/400</p></li><li><p>CLLE</p></li><li><p>DB2/400</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to code independently with minimal supervision</p></li></ul><hr />Additional Requirements<ul><li><p>Participate in internal and external meetings via video conferencing as needed</p></li><li><p>Ability to work onsite at corporate or client locations if required</p></li><li><p>Prolonged periods of working at a desk and using a computer</p></li><li><p>Ability to perform basic physical activities (bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting up to 25 lbs. if required for travel/events)</p></li><li><p>Valid driver’s license may be required for roles involving travel or events</p></li></ul><p><i>For more details reach at<strong> <span >resumes@navitassols.com</span></strong></i></p><p><strong>About Navitas Partners, LLC:</strong> <em>It is a certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing <strong>Technical / IT</strong> staffing firms in the US providing services to numerous clients.
