<h3>Position Overview</h3>
<p>As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be part of a team delivering the most creative, sophisticated, and challenging applications on the force.com platform. You will own and execute custom solutions tailored to business needs, collaborating closely with clients, leading multiple technical projects, and ensuring technical excellence from design through deployment.</p>
<h3>Primary Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Work directly with customers to define requirements and present solutions</li>
<li>Direct and manage developer resources to accomplish project goals</li>
<li>Develop in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, React, and related technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements</li>
<li>Lead technical design sessions and write technical design documents</li>
<li>Set technical best practices, including integration, development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement</li>
<li>Manage technical scope and client expectations</li>
<li>Design and develop integrations between applications and other systems as required by customers</li>
<li>Provide hands‑on expert assistance to developers for technical issues</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and APIs</li>
<li>BABS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience (preferred)</li>
<li>Highly productive in both independent and collaborative work, thriving in fast‑paced, customer‑driven environments</li>
<li>Experience in Marketing Cloud</li>
<li>Experience in Industries CPQ – Communications, Media and Energy & Utilities (CME)</li>
<li>Experience completing multiple Salesforce implementation projects requiring integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs</li>
<li>Experience completing multiple Salesforce implementation projects requiring original code development</li>
<li>Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise in the SFDC platform and related technologies such as React and ETL/ESB integration tools (e.g., Informatica)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of relational database structure and functionality</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred (but not Required)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Active in the Salesforce Community through blogs, Stack Exchange posts, and similar contributions</li>
<li>Consulting experience</li>
<li>Technical project management experience</li>
<li>Experience with RESTful web services</li>
<li>Experience developing mobile, hybrid, and/or native iOS applications</li>
<li>Experience with Heroku application development</li>
<li>Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on‑premise middleware, and other enterprise integration technologies (Informatica Cloud and MuleSoft preferred)</li>
<li>Certified Force.com Advanced Developer (DEV‑501), Platform Developer II or equivalent</li>
<li>Salesforce Domain Specialist and Architect certifications</li>
<li>Professional experience owning the end‑to‑end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management, environment management, and continuous integration</li>
<li>Experience in FinServ, Health Care, or other industries</li>
<li>Competency with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle</li>
