With a global presence and operations across the US, Canada, and Europe, we deliver dependable service, innovative products, and strong partnerships that drive customer success.</p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Vice President of Sales is key executive responsible for developing and executing Eiko's sales strategy to drive profitable growth across all channels and regions. This individual will lead a team of Regional, Agency Representatives and Territory Managers, strengthen relationships with electrical distributors and contractors, and ensure Eiko continues to be a preferred lighting partner across North America.<br /></p><p>This role requires a strategic and hands-on sales leader who can translate market opportunities into actionable business plans, mentor a high-performing team, and align sales execution with Eiko's overall business objectives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Sales Leadership & Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement national sales strategies that deliver consisten revenue growth across all channels and regions.</li><li>Set annual sales goals, budgets, and KPIs aligned with Eiko's strategic plan.</li><li>Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales objectives with marketing, product management, and operations.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Development & Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization, including Regional and Territory Managers</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continous improvement</li><li>Provide regular training, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure professional growth and goal attainment.</li></ul><p><strong>Customer & Channel Management</strong></p><ul><li>Strengthen and expand relationships with key distributor networks, national accounts, and contractors.</li><li>Champion Eiko's value proposition to ensure alignment with customer needs and industry trends.</li><li>Oversee contract negotiations, major account planning, and long-term business development initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Operational Excellence</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and profitability by region and product line.</li><li>Partner with marketing to drive demand generation, product launches, and trade show engagement.</li><li>Ensure sales processes, CRM usage, and customer data management support scalability and efficiency. </li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the electrical, lighting, or related industrial sectors; prior experience managing multi-region or national sales teams required.</li><li><strong>Strategic Leadership:</strong> Proven ability to translate corporate goals into effective sales strategies and measurable outcomes.</li><li><strong>Channel Expertise:</strong> Strong understanding of electrical distribution networks, MRO/TI markets, and contractor sales.</li><li><strong>People Leadership:</strong> Execeptional ability to recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to represent Eiko's brand at an executive level.</li><li><strong>Analytical Skills:</strong> Strong business acumen and proficiency in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.</li><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.</li><li><strong>Travel:</strong> Willingness to travel up to 50% to support regional teams, customer visits, and industry events.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
