<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES & Goodman HVAC Canada</strong> is looking for individuals that are professional, dynamic, and qualified to work as a Warehouse Associate.</p><p>Permanent full-time position and competitive salary. </p><p>The position is full time and permanent. Under general supervision, you will perform a variety of tasks, to receive, inspect, store and ship HVAC products. The ideal candidate will know how to drive a forklift, although a training can be done on site. Tasks require manual skills and efforts. </p><p>Day time Schedule. No weekends, evening, or overnight shifts, 40 hours a week.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Use material handling equipment required to receive, store and ship material. </p><p>Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for long periods. </p><p>Use an electric forklift to move products, prepare orders and receive inventory. </p><p>Perform receiving and shipping inspections and identify all incoming and outgoing material shipments to determine: </p><ul><li>Ensure that shipping schedules are met with attention to detail to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Scanning of labels to ensure products are shipped to the correct location with no apparent damage.</li><li>document as needed all incoming and outgoing products.</li></ul><p>Please note this job description does not indicate that these are the only tasks to be performed in this position; they are only the main duties. </p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>Experience driving a Forklift (ideal). </p><p>Must work well in a team, as well as independently. </p><p>Be courteous and interact professionally with clients. </p><p>High School diploma or GED equivalent. </p><p>General Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) </p><p>Strong Verbal & Written skills – must be able to communicate via email with transport companies. </p><p>Strong Organizational skills </p><p>Ability to multi-task </p><p>French and English communication skills </p><p>Possibility of overtime during peak season </p><p>Friendly / fun working environment </p><p>Competitive Group Insurance plan and more </p><p>Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in Canada.
