This customer-facing role has the crucial responsibility of making our passengers feel safe and secure as they travel from coast to coast.</p><p><strong>Location :</strong> Horseshoe Bay</p><p><strong>The Day to Day:</strong></p><p>路 Ensure the safety and security of ferry terminals</p><p>路 Act as a visible security presence and deterrent to support a safe environment</p><p>路 Engage with the public to provide assistance, direction, and exceptional customer service</p><p>路 Perform security procedures including unlock/lock-up checks and routine inspections</p><p>路 Operate communication tools such as radios and escalate incidents as necessary</p><p>路 Identify, report, and help mitigate safety hazards</p><p>路 Support passenger safety and satisfaction during coast-to-coast travel</p><br /><p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p><p>路 BC Security License</p><p>路 Excellent communication skills</p><p>路 Comfortable with radio communication</p><p>路 Ability to write reports on job-related activities</p><p>路 Comfort working independently and in varying weather conditions</p><p>路 Punctuality and reliability</p><p>路 Physically capable of standing and walking for a duration of 8 hours</p><br /><p><strong>Compensation: </strong></p><ul><li>$20.60/hr for shifts worked at Horseshoe Bay</li></ul><p><strong>Who we are:</strong></p><p>At Securiguard we believe in living and acting by our values:<strong> R.E.A.C.H.</strong></p><p><strong>Respect 路 Empathy 路 Accountability 路 Courtesy & 路 Honesty</strong></p><p>We're in the business of making people feel safe.
