As a Window Cleaner, you’ll work outdoors alongside a crew member to deliver outstanding service to our residential clients. We value discipline, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for doing quality work.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Window cleaning for residential homes</p></li><li><p>Gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation</p></li><li><p>Power washing surfaces such as siding, decks, and driveways</p></li><li><p>Polymeric sanding for interlock surfaces</p></li><li><p>Upselling additional services to clients </p></li><li><p>Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and providing great customer service on-site</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ability to lift and carry ladders safely (physical fitness required)</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working at heights (up to 2-3 stories)</p></li><li><p>Reliable, detail-oriented, and strong communicator</p></li><li><p>Available Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM</p></li><li><p>Must be punctual and work well in a 2-person crew environment</p></li><li><p>Valid driver&#39;s license and willingness to transport equipment is an asset </p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><p>$18/hour starting wage with regular increases</p></li><li><p>Tips from clients (shared between crew members)</p></li><li><p>Commission on upsells</p></li><li><p>Advancement opportunities (e.g., Crew Chief role)</p></li><li><p>Full training provided – no prior experience necessary</p></li></ul><p><strong>Join Us:</strong><br />If you take pride in your work, enjoy being active outdoors, and want to grow within a fast-paced and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!</p></p></p>
