Enjoy your mornings and work uninterrupted in the evening.</strong></p><p>1-800-GOT-JUNK?, part of O2E Brands, is hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our 250+ Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.<strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Hiring Immediately for February 27th</li><li>Full-Time. Work 5 days on & 2 days off</li><li>Availability to work shifts anytime between Monday-Sunday 1 PM - 3 AM MST.</li><li>Get an extended health benefits package after a 3-month probation period</li><li>Work from the comfort of your own home with a 0-minute commute</li><li>Earn $16.50 hourly plus commission, average $200-800 a month</li></ul><p><strong>A Day in the Life</strong></p><ul><li>Answer incoming Australian calls and provide a world-class experience for our Australian customers </li><li>You receive inbound calls only - there are no outbound cold calls in this role</li><li>Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger</li><li>Customers call in for various reasons, such as inquiring about our services, they have junk to remove and want to see if we service their area, if and when we can take it away, and often ask about pricing. In these instances, you will answer their questions with the goal of converting those inquiries to bookings for our truck team members to take away their items</li><li>All new agents must be available to start on February 27th</li><li>You receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training, so you are set up for success</li><li>After the 3-week training, each agent joins a team led by a dedicated Team Lead who’s there to support your development and help you continue learning and growing.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring to the Table</strong><br /></p><p>You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in Alberta,</p><ul><li>Training availability for the first 3 weeks to work between 8 AM and 4.30 PM, Monday-Friday MST</li><li>Following training, availability to work between 1 PM and 3 AM, Monday - Sunday MST</li><li>A very friendly telephone mannerism, strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)</li><li>A quiet space at home, a quick & reliable internet connection, and a good personal computer with 8GB memory</li><li>A wired connection using an Ethernet cable is required </li><li>Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus!</li></ul><p><strong>About US</strong></p><p>Did you know O2E Brands has been voted one of the Best Workplaces in Canada 15 times!?
