<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Working out of our West Edmonton yard, a Yard Construction Worker is responsible for ensuring trailers and camp facilities are maintained, upgraded, setup, and removed from site in a safe and professional manner. The ideal candidate for this role will be a jack-of-all trade with relevant modular and /or construction experience. </p><p><strong>Yard Construction Worker </strong><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>General construction repair work of camp trailers</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot (heating / plumbing / electrical) would be an asset</li><li>Operate a loader to place trailers / pallets onto trucks would be an asset </li><li>Pickup parts from suppliers as needed</li><li>Assist with the preparation, setup, and teardown of modular structures</li><li>Other Miscellaneous labour duties as required<br /></li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Available for a work shift Monday to Friday between 8AM to 4PM with opportunities for overtime during the busy fall / winter season</li><li>This position requires the following:</li><ul><li>Standard First Aid</li><li>CSTS</li><li>Fall Arrest</li><li>Basic PPE</li></ul><li>Due to the safety sensitive nature of our remote sites the ability to pass a pre-access D&A test may be required</li><li>Own tools an asset</li><li>Class 5 driver&#39;s license with a clean driver&#39;s abstract</li><li>Bondable</li><li>Fluent written and spoken English</li><li>Able to lift, move and carry up to 50lbs throughout the work shift</li><li>While this position is based out of Edmonton it may require limited out of town work</li><li>Own transportation required as the work location is not accessible by public transit</li></ul></p></p>
