<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><strong>Accounts Payable Administrator</strong><br><br> Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to support a high‑volume AP function within an established organization that is continuously growing. This role is well‑suited for someone who brings strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude. You will play a key role in accurately processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining smooth day‑to‑day AP operations.<br><br><strong>Your success will be defined by your ability to: </strong><br /><ul><li>Review and process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Identify and resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and receipts</li><li>Manage vendor accounts including setup, updates, and reconciliations</li><li>Handle credit card transactions and support credit card reconciliation processes</li><li>Process invoices and payments in both CAD and USD</li><li>Respond professionally to vendor inquiries and build strong working relationships</li><li>Assist with AP-related reporting and support the finance team during audits</li><li>Maintain organized financial records and follow established internal controls</li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to system improvements</li><li>Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion</li><li>Support additional accounting and administrative duties as required</li></ul><strong>Your strengths include: </strong><br /><ul><li>3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, ideally in a high-volume environment</li><li>Strong accuracy in data entry and invoice processing</li><li>Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)</li><li>Previous experience working with Viewpoint Vista is an asset</li><li>Ability to handle foreign currency transactions (USD) is considered an asset</li><li>Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines</li><li>Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred</li></ul> If you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the "<strong>Apply</strong>" button to send your resume directly to <strong>Vicky Vu.</strong><br><br><strong>Recruitment Partners Inc</strong>. is an Alberta-based, Alberta-focused recruitment firm.
