<p>We're looking for a passionate, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team at Anytime Dental, a proud part of the Passion Dental Group at our Mall Road location in Hamilton, ON. </p><p> Whether you're early in your career or bring years of experience to the chair, you'll be joining a supportive, professional environment that values clinical autonomy and collaborative care.</p><p>Specifics about the role:</p><ul><li>Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays from 12-9pm. Opportunity for additional days and hours.</li><li>Compensation: This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity for associates providing professional services to our practice. Engagement and compensation are governed by an executed independent contractor agreement. This is not an employee role.</li></ul><p>About the Clinic:</p><p>We're a fast growing company that has fifteen clinics throughout Ontario, with additional clinics to open throughout 2026. We believe that we have created never-seen-before dental practices that are undoubtedly committed to our patients, their families, and our employees' experience. As oral health is such a priority to us, we provide free basic dental care and cleanings for our employees and their immediate family.</p><p>What you'll do:</p><ul><li>Conduct thorough dental examinations and diagnoses to assess oral health and develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient comfort and long-term results.</li><li>Deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including children, ensuring a gentle, reassuring, and inclusive approach to treatment.</li><li>Administer local anesthesia safely and effectively to manage patient pain and anxiety during procedures such as restorations (fillings), extractions, endodontic treatments (root canals), and other clinical services.</li><li>Provide orthodontic and cosmetic care where applicable, experience with Invisalign or SureSmile is a strong asset and welcomed in our clinic.</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care strategies tailored to their specific needs, empowering them to take ownership of their dental health.</li><li>Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and front desk team members to deliver seamless, efficient, and high-quality patient care in a positive environment.</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records using our dental software system.</li></ul><p>What you'll bring to the role:</p><ul><li>A valid license to practice dentistry in the Province of Ontario, in good standing with the relevant regulatory body.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you're someone who puts patients at ease and connects easily with colleagues.</li><li>Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to balance thorough care and efficient delivery.</li><li>Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask while keeping patient care at the heart of everything you do.</li><li>A team-first mindset and a genuine interest in contributing to a collaborative and caring workplace culture.</li><li>A minimum of two years of experience within North America is preferred but not necessary.</li><li>New grads are welcome to apply.</li><li>Must be registered with RCDSO.</li></ul><p>Who we are:</p><p>Welcome to Passion Dental Group, a team of dedicated dental professionals committed to providing exceptional care and building a community of like-minded individuals who share our values.
