<p><b>Title: Azure and PowerPlatform Devops Engineer</b></p><p><b>Location: Montreal, QC / Hybrid / Face To Face Interview Required</b></p><p><br></p><p>Due to additional onboarding requirements, a meet and greet is required for all new hires.</p><p>Candidates must be willing to go to the closest Capgemini, Client, or onsite location as indicated by project team to meet with a Capgemini team member prior starting their assignment</p><p><br></p><p><b>JOB DESCRIPTION: Azure and PowerPlatform Devops Engineer</b></p><p><br></p><p>The Microsoft App Platform MAP team is responsible for enabling the public cloud to become a preferred platform across Morgan Stanley IT This is a global multidiscipline team responsible for architecting and delivering secure robust and innovative solutions which would enable the development teams to build and deploy new applications as well as migrate selected existing applications into the public cloud</p><p>We are presently looking for an experienced Azure and PowerPlatform Devops Engineer to join our Microsoft App Platform MAP squad The candidate should be familiar with various cloud concepts services and tools with a focus on application migration and integration</p><p>The candidate will be involved in multiple aspects of the teams work including evaluation of new cloud products and services and integrating them into standard Morgan Stanley cloud solutions</p><p><br></p><p>Required</p><p><br></p><p>Experience with migratingdeploying applications to Azure PowerPlatform and Dynamics365</p><p>Experience with PowerPlatform D365 and Azure cloud architecture design and application integrationrefactoring to work with public cloud</p><p>Expert knowledge on infrastructure as code languages such as Terraform</p><p>Expert scripting skills eg Powershell Python</p><p>Experience of designing systems to scale in an enterprise environment</p><p>Effective communication and collaboration skills ability to work closely with multidiscipline teams business partners and sponsors</p><p>Strong sense of operational ownership and ability to drive engineering and development initiatives</p><p>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global organization and across time zones</p><p>Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively both written and orally to diverse audiences</p><p><br></p><p>Desired</p><p><br></p><p>Dynamics365 or PowerPlatform Training Certification</p><p>Automating setup of new PowerPlatform Dynamics365 environments</p><p>PowerPlatform Security model and access provision</p><p>PowerPlatform Encryption Key management CMK</p><p>PowerPlatform Data Loss Prevention policies and Connectors</p><p>Dataverse Management</p><p>Terraform</p><p>Knowledge of Kubernetes</p><p>Demonstrated experience with working within an agiledevops environment</p><p>Experience setting up and using CICD pipelines especially with Azure DevOps</p><p>Understanding of cloud security products</p><p>System administration skills on Linux or Windows platforms</p><p>Knowledge awareness and contributor to opensource projects</p><p>Appreciation and experience of security legal and regulatorycompliance controls required to move data into a cloud service preferably from the finance sector</p><p>Experience working with regulatory compliance andor litigation group within the Financial Industry</p><p>Large Scale Migration ToolingAutomationProcess experience</p><p>Strong problem solving and analytical skills</p><p>Ability to think strategically</p><p>Ability to switch between strategy and detail</p>
