Our expert team specializes in benefits and pensions, financial planning, and human resources management, offering a hands-on approach to achieving both short and long-term goals.</p><p>As a Benefits Administrator, you’ll provide crucial support to the Practice Advisor and clients by managing data, reporting, and analysis related to group benefits products, enhancing the client experience alongside Benefits Associates and Advisors.</p><p>This posting is for an existing vacancy.</p><p><br></p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>Plan, organize, and oversee the preparation and completion of client renewals, ensuring a seamless process.</li><li>Create detailed and accurate client reports that adhere to high standards.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to address client needs, including reporting, analysis, and responding to inquiries.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to address client needs, including reporting, analysis, and responding to inquiries.</li><li>Act as a liaison with carriers to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.</li><li>Manage various administrative tasks such as drafting Advisor client correspondence, maintaining files, and updating the database.</li><li>Generate ad hoc reports as required.</li><li>Provide support at Reception when needed.</li><li>Take on additional tasks as assigned to contribute to the team’s success.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Salary Range: $40,000-60,000, commensurate with experience.</p><p><br></p><p><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></p><ul><li>College diploma, preferably with a business focus.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.</li><li>Working knowledge of Group Benefits is an asset.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Goldmine or CRM systems is advantageous.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, process-oriented, and adept at managing conflicting priorities.</li><li>Advanced knowledge and application of MS suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)</li><li>Team player with a commitment to internal customer support.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Navacord <b>DOES NOT</b> utilize artificial intelligence in the screening, assessment, or selection of applicants for this position.</p><p><br></p><p>Navacord, and all our Broker Partners are actively committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
