Job Description
<p>Our client, a general contractor is seeking a Receptionist. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who can multi-task effectively and able to work unsupervised or in a team environment.</p><p>The successful candidate will have a variety of duties including the following:</p><ul><li>Managing front reception desk and greeting and assisting all visitors to the office</li><li>Answer all phone lines, provide assistance or transfer to appropriate individual</li><li>Place orders / manage all office supplies for head office and site locations</li><li>General clerical duties including photocopying and mailing</li><li>Sending /Receiving/Distributing important documents via mail, e-mail, courier or fax</li><li>Assist with set-up and filing of business documents as required</li><li>Scanning and organizing of all business files for archiving </li><li>Coordinate and provide meeting set-up for internal and external meetings and misc. events </li><li>Provide assistance with head office staff as required</li><li>Present a positive and professional image of the executive office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other guests</li><li>Other work and tasks related to company’s objective, or as required by the Employer</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Post-secondary education</li><li>Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook / Word / Excel</li><li>Analytical and problem solving skills</li><li>Must be highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Strong communication skills both written and oral.</li><li>Be able to work and contribute to a team environment</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
