<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><strong>Bilingual Customer Service Representative</strong><br /> Fluency - French/English<br /> Etobicoke, ON<br /> Base Salary, Benefits, RRSP<br><br>Our client, a building materials business in Etobicoke, is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support customers across Canada. This in-office role serves as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries in English and French, with a focus on service quality, accuracy, and relationship building. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to support orders, resolve issues, and contribute to overall sales growth.<br><br>The growth of their brand has been sustained and significant and they are currently strengthening their internal teams to support development across the markets they serve. If you are seeking a long term development opportunity - this is a business and culture that has a strong track record of training, mentoring, and promoting talent within their business. <br><br><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong><br />• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person<br />• Resolve product issues, complaints, and order discrepancies<br />• Provide clear information on products, services, and company policies<br />• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately<br />• Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records<br />• Work with internal teams to address service needs<br />• Build strong customer relationships through consistent service<br />• Qualify inbound leads and support the sales process<br />• Prepare pricing quotes and proposals<br />• Support customer satisfaction across all interactions<br />• Assist with other duties as required<br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br />• 100% fluency in French and English, written and verbal<br />• Minimum two years of experience in customer service or inside sales, ideally in product-based distribution or manufacturing environments<br />• Strong communication skills<br />• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities<br />• Calm approach to conflict resolution<br />• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail<br />• Experience working with ERP, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office<br />• Ability to contribute independently and within a team<br><br><strong>Salary Disclosure Ontario:</strong> Base Salary range $60,000 - $70,000 + private medical benefits, RRSP, PTO<br><br>Please apply via the DMC website to register your interest. <br />Role is being hired with priority on behalf of our client<br><br>#LI-LBM</p></p>Create Your Resume First
