<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We are actively recruiting experienced, reliable, and proactive House Managers & Family Assistants to support families across<strong> Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan Canada</strong>.<strong></strong> These roles focus on keeping households running smoothly through organization, light home care, family logistics, and meal support. Some families may also request occasional childcare or after-school assistance.</p><p>This is an excellent fit for someone who is naturally organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating structure and ease within the home. You will partner closely with families to anticipate needs, manage daily routines, and help create a calm, welcoming household environment.</p>Key Responsibilities<p>Household Management & Organization</p><ul><li>Daily home reset: light tidying, kitchen clean-up, organizing common spaces</li><li>Manage household inventory: groceries, pantry staples, household supplies, restocking</li><li>Organize closets, playrooms, mudrooms, paperwork, and seasonal rotations</li><li>Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, deliveries, and home maintenance providers</li><li>Handle returns, errands, post office, pharmacy pickups, or Amazon/Target orders</li></ul><p>Meal Preparation & Family Support</p><ul><li>Plan and prep simple, healthy family meals or assist with weekly meal planning</li><li>Grocery shopping and fridge/pantry organization</li><li>Pack snacks or lunches for school-aged children (if needed)</li><li>Assist with family scheduling, school forms, appointments, or travel preparation</li></ul><p>Optional Childcare Support (varies by family)</p><ul><li>School or activity pickups (family car may be provided)</li><li>Occasional date-night support or afternoon care</li><li>Engaging with children in crafts, outdoor play, or quiet time activities</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Qualities<ul><li>Organized, dependable, and proactiveable to anticipate needs</li><li>Calm under pressure and comfortable with changing priorities</li><li>Warm, respectful, and able to create trust with both adults and children</li><li>Tech-comfortable (Google Calendar, Amazon orders, shared family apps)</li><li>Reliable transportation; eligible to work in the U.S.; able to pass background check</li><li>Can maintain a smoke-free environment; vaccinated (including flu and COVID, if requested by family)</li></ul>Schedule & Structure<ul><li>Roles range from 1020 hours/week (part-time) to 3040 hours/week(full-time)</li><li>Most hours fall between 8am6pm, MondayFriday</li><li>Some families may request occasional evening, overnight, or travel support</li></ul><p>Why apply?</p><ul><li>Be the first to know about new roles in your city or region.</li><li>Save time no need to reapply for each opening.</li><li>Let us match your skills with families looking for someone like you.</li></ul><p>What We Look For:</p><ul><li>Household management, family assistant, or childcare experience</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities</li><li>Warm, professional presence and strong communication</li><li>Reliability, initiative, and a proactive approach</li><li>For Canadian candidates: eligibility to work in Canada.</li></ul><p><br><br></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
