As a fully remote company, we foster a culture of trust, autonomy, and results.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Role:</b></p><p>We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented <b>Demand Planner </b> to take ownership of forecasting SKU-level sales velocities, improving inventory flows, and enabling smarter purchasing decisions across our catalog of 5,000+ SKUs. This role is essential to ensuring operational efficiency and inventory accuracy across our ecommerce channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, demand planning, and ecommerce operations, with a passion for using data to drive impactful outcomes.</p><p>This is a <b>Full-Time remote </b>position.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>We are looking for a Demand Planner specifically with these requirements:</b></p><ul><li>3–5+ years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain analytics.</li><li>A proven track record in ecommerce and/or Amazon inventory operations.</li><li>Experience working with large product catalogs (5,000+ SKUs preferred).</li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills - able to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>High-level problem-solving skills with the ability to roll up your sleeves for detailed execution.</li><li>Advanced Google Sheets skills, including modeling and process automation concepts.</li><li>Experience with forecasting tools; exposure to Python, SQL, or BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a strong plus.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - capable of simplifying complex data.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to handle and make sense of complex datasets.</li><li>Familiarity with ecommerce sales dynamics, seasonality, and inventory velocity.</li><li>Confidence in creating, presenting, and reporting metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to leadership.</li><li>A positive, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy and process improvement.</li><li>A collaborative nature with the ability to work across departments in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):</b></p><ul><li>Own the SKU velocity modeling process, including removing distortions caused by stockouts and sales spikes.</li><li>Drive and improve the semi-automation of velocity calculations across a catalog of over 5,000 SKUs.</li><li>Optimize on-hand inventory levels by identifying slow movers and executing liquidation strategies.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain and Marketing teams to strategically launch promotions that move excess inventory.</li><li>Build, maintain, and improve reporting tools to inform purchasing and demand planning decisions.</li><li>Track and present KPIs and progress metrics to leadership in a clear and actionable way.</li><li>Document and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and systems related to velocity management, liquidation, and inventory optimization.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Growth Opportunities/Perks:</b></p><ul><li>Work in a fully remote environment with flexibility and autonomy.</li><li>Opportunity to take ownership of a mission-critical function within the business.</li><li>Collaborate with a smart, driven, and supportive team across operations, supply chain, and marketing.</li><li>Gain experience working with large-scale catalogs and advanced analytics tools.</li><li>Shape and improve core systems, processes, and forecasting models as we scale.</li><li>Be a key contributor in building data-driven decision-making infrastructure for inventory strategy.</li><li>Potential for career growth within a dynamic and expanding team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>This Position Is Perfect For You If…</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>You’re a data-driven problem solver.</b></p><p>You love turning complex data into clear, actionable insights, and you're just as comfortable analyzing trends as you are building models in Google Sheets.</p><p><br></p><p><b>You’re organized and detail-oriented.</b></p><p>You can juggle thousands of SKUs, track key metrics, and ensure your forecasts are accurate — all while improving the systems behind them.</p><p><br></p><p><b>You thrive in fast-paced environments.</b></p><p>You embrace change, enjoy working cross-functionally, and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to everything you do.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Our hiring process is made up of four parts, so please be aware that you will need to dedicate time for a questionnaire, a video, and two 1-on-1 interviews.</p><p><br></p><p>Thank you for taking the time to consider this position.
