<p><h3>Director of Finance</h3>
<p>Lambert Nemec Group is seeking a Director of Finance / Senior Finance Leader to join a rapidly expanding global organization. This high-impact leadership role is designed for a finance professional who thrives in growth environments and enjoys building scalable financial infrastructure.</p>
<p>Reporting to senior executive leadership, the Director of Finance will lead financial strategy, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, and team development while partnering closely with leadership to support global expansion and long-term performance.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Leading the organization’s finance function, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A.</li>
<li>Developing and executing financial strategy aligned with corporate growth and expansion objectives.</li>
<li>Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across multiple entities.</li>
<li>Establishing and monitoring key financial and operational performance metrics (KPIs).</li>
<li>Building scalable finance processes, policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks.</li>
<li>Leading cash flow management, working capital optimization, and capital planning.</li>
<li>Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion initiatives through financial modeling and due diligence.</li>
<li>Partnering with executive leadership to provide financial insights and decision support.</li>
<li>Overseeing tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.</li>
<li>Selecting, implementing, and optimizing ERP and financial reporting systems.</li>
<li>Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing finance and accounting team.</li>
<li>Driving continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred; equivalent senior finance leadership experience will be considered.</li>
<li>8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including leadership roles.</li>
<li>Proven experience in financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.</li>
<li>Experience supporting multi-entity, global, or high-growth organizations.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and financial systems; ERP experience is highly valued.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and partner with executives.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li>
<li>Competitive base salary of $130,000 - $160,000, depending on experience.</li>
