<p><h3>Position Overview</h3><p><b>Director of Property Management</b></p><p>Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented residential real estate organization to recruit a Director of Property Management. This senior leadership role is ideal for a property management professional who thrives at the intersection of operations, people leadership, and strategic portfolio growth.</p><p>Reporting to executive leadership, the Director of Property Management will be responsible for overseeing the residential portfolio, guiding property management teams, and driving operational excellence across multiple sites.
