E-Commerce Operations Analyst

Job Description

*The Role:* KingKing Commerce is scaling its multi-channel platform, and we are looking for a technical Operations Analyst to manage the integrity of our merchant data pipelines. We don't just need someone to run reports; <br /> we need a "system architect" for our data flows who can ensure that high-volume transactional data is accurately captured, reconciled, and reported across our global commerce nodes. This role is critical for maintaining the trust of our vendors and the efficiency of our internal logistics.<br />*Core Responsibilities:*<br />* *Data Reconciliation:* Conduct daily audits of cross-platform transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies between front-end sales and back-end fulfillment logs.<br />* *Pipeline Management:* Monitor the API health between our core commerce engine and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to prevent data latency.<br />* *Predictive Scaling:* Analyze seasonal traffic patterns to provide the engineering team with data-driven forecasts for server load and support capacity.<br />* *Merchant Insights:* Build and maintain custom SQL dashboards for our Tier-1 vendors to track SKU-level performance and conversion funnels.<br />* *Process Automation:* Identify repetitive manual data entry tasks and develop Python or VBA scripts to automate reporting cycles.<br />*Requirements & Qualifications:*<br />* *Technical Breadth:* 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, systems analysis, or fintech data management.<br />* *Hard Skills:* Mastery of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and deep experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.<br />* *Systems Knowledge:* Prior experience managing data within Shopify Plus, NetSuite, or Magento environments.<br />* *Communication:* Ability to explain complex data anomalies to non-technical stakeholders and provide clear "recovery" steps during system outages.<br />Job Type: Full-time<br />Pay: $72,000.00 per year<br />Benefits:<br />* Disability insurance<br />* Employee stock purchase plan<br />* Paid time off<br />* Profit sharing<br />Work Location: In person
