Our team supports a diverse portfolio of customers in manufacturing, retail, automotive, hospitality, clinical shipments, and high-value goods.</p><p><br /></p><p>We are expanding and seeking an experienced Air & Ocean Freight Forwarder who understands U.S. domestic freight, international import/export processes, and industry compliance.</p><p><br /></p><p>You will oversee end-to-end coordination of air cargo, ocean freight (FCL/LCL), and multimodal shipments including U.S. domestic, cross-border, and global routings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced with carrier bookings, customs requirements, and international documentation.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Air Freight</strong></b> </p><p> </p><ul><li>Book ULD, express, consolidated, and NFO air freight with major carriers.</li><li>Prepare and file Air Waybills (AWB), Master AWB, House AWB, and commercial documents.</li><li>Manage TSA/CCSF compliance for U.S.-bound freight.</li><li>Quote, schedule, and track time-critical air shipments.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Ocean Freight</strong></b></p><p> </p><ul><li>Coordinate FCL and LCL bookings with steamship lines and NVOCCs.</li><li>Prepare Bills of Lading, shipping instructions, packing lists, and export declarations.</li><li>Handle port drayage, container staging, and inland routing.</li><li>Track sailings, transshipments, and ETA updates.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p> </p><p><b><strong>Cross-Border & U.S. Domestic</strong></b> </p><p> </p><ul><li>Arrange freight within the domestic U.S. (air, LTL, FTL).</li><li>Support cross-border shipments including ACE/ACI documentation.</li><li>Liaise with U.S. Customs Brokers, CBP, CBSA, and partner agents.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Required Experience & Qualifications</strong></b></p><p>  </p><ul><li>2–5+ years of experience in air freight forwarding, ocean freight forwarding, or international logistics.</li><li>Strong knowledge of:</li><li><ul><li>Air transport (IATA, TSA, CCSF requirements)</li><li>Ocean transport (FMC rules, Incoterms 2020)</li><li>U.S. domestic shipping (LTL/FTL/air cargo)</li><li>Drayage</li><li>Cross-border Canada–U.S. procedure</li><li>Airlines (AA, AC, DL, LH, CX, etc.)</li><li>Steamship lines & NVOCCs</li><li>Ground and warehouse partners</li><li>CargoWise, Magaya, Descartes, or similar TMS</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li></ul></li></ul></p>Company Description<p>RPM Expedite Inc is a leading third party logistics provider that specializes in freight management services.
