<p><h3> Full-Time Residential Property Manager (Licensed – Manitoba)</h3>
<p><b>Love property management but want flexibility?Omni Properties</b>is looking for a<b>Full-Time Residential Property Manager</b>who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working with people. Reporting directly to the Property Owners, you’ll take ownership of a residential portfolio and help create great living experiences for tenants without the full-time grind. If you’re licensed in Manitoba and want a role where your expertise truly matters, this one’s for you.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3>
<ul>
<li>Running the day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties</li>
<li>Showing suites, meeting prospective renters, and managing applications</li>
<li>Screening tenants, checking references, and communicating decisions</li>
<li>Keeping buildings safe, clean, and well-maintained (with help from maintenance!)</li>
<li>Being the go-to for tenant questions, concerns, and solutions
</li><li>Tracking occupancy, collections, and move-ins/move-outs</li>
<li>Assisting with RTB applications and representing the company when needed</li>
<li>Making sure everything stays compliant with Manitoba tenancy rules</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>✔️ Residential property management experience (3–5 years preferred, but flexible)</li>
<li>✔️ Solid knowledge of Manitoba Residential Tenancies legislation</li>
<li>✔️ Comfort using Propra or similar property management software</li>
</ul>
