This role requires a blend of caregiving skills, patience, and the ability to perform various tasks that promote independence and comfort for our clients.</p><p><br></p><p>Duties</p><ul><li>Assist client with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.</li><li>Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.</li><li>Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.</li><li>Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as needed to ensure client safety.</li><li>Administer medication reminders and support clients with their prescribed health routines.</li><li>Offer specialized care for individual with disabilities.</li><li>Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Previous experience in home care or caregiving is preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility.</li><li>Familiarity with hospice care practices is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.</li><li>Ability to work independently while following care plans set by healthcare professionals.</li><li>Reliable transportation is necessary for travel between client homes.</li><li>Certification in CPR/First Aid or relevant caregiving training is advantageous.</li></ul><p>Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
